When you take the quiz, your answers are stored in your browser so you can resume if you refresh. At the results gate you may choose to give your name, email, and country. We only store those details if you submit the form. We also record your quiz result and the symptoms you scored highest on, so we can send you the results and checklist you asked for.
How we use it
We use your email to send you your results and doctor-visit checklist, and, if you opted in, related educational updates. We do not sell your personal information. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate; those analytics do not receive your name or email.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us and we will act on your request. This site is intended for adults.
